GENERAL EDUCATION FACULTY

Major Job Responsibility:

Responsible for ensuring prompt and adequate delivery of instruction, training and support services in accordance with the established quality standards. 


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Education. (Mathematics, Filipino, English & Social Science).

  • Holder of Master's Degree.

  • At least two (2) years teaching experience in tertiary level.

  • Adept in online teaching and with gadgets like desktop PC or laptop connected to strong internet.

  • Willing to undergo in-house training thru AIMS Webinars. 



MARINE TRANSPORTATION FACULTY

Major Job Responsibility:

Responsible for ensuring prompt and adequate delivery of instruction, training and support services in accordance with the established quality standards. 


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Marine Transportation.
  • Holder of Professional License as OIC-NW, Chief Mate or Master Mariner.
  • Experienced Merchant Marine Officer
  • With IMO Model Course 6.09, 3.12 & 6.10
  • Master's Degree is an advantage
  • Adept in online teaching and with gadgets like desktop PC and laptop connected to strong internet



ADMINISTRATIVE

CHEMISTRY / PHYSICS LABORATORY CUSTODIAN

Major Job Responsibility:

To assist with the preparation and delivery of equipment and materials for the Chemistry and Physics Laboratory, maintaining control of equipment and the laboratories in order to support the course’ requirements in line with the OH&S standards and institutional policies.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering.
  • With at least three (3) years teaching experience in General Chemistry/ Chemistry for Engineers and College Physics/ Physics for Engineers.
  • Knowledgeable in laboratory safety practice and must have the ability to perform routine chemical laboratory procedures.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Teams, MS One Note and related Software apps.
  • Licensed ChE with a valid PRC ID.



GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF

Major Job Responsibility:

Responsible in providing financial accounts analyses and other management reports.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BSBA major in Financial Management.
  • Must have 2-3 year work experience in accounting or in any related field.
  • Preferably underwent basic training on internal accounting control procedures and with basic knowledge in Quickbooks.
  • With good communication and analytical skills.



HR SPECIALIST FOR RECRUITMENT

Major Job Responsibility:

Ensure effective delivery of HR services through sourcing and placement of highly qualified applicants into existing job vacancies within the Institution, which focuses on the recruitment process, sources, process improvements and analyzes the recruitment data.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Human Resources Management,  Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • With at least one (1) year relative work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in various sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites .
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Willing to start as soon as possible.



HR SPECIALIST FOR COMPENSATION

Major Job Responsibility:

Ensures effective delivery of HR services through the establishment of a competitive compensation and benefits program responsive to employee needs.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Finance.
  • With at least one (1) year relative work experience.
  • Familiarity in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Willing to start as soon as possible.



VISUAL DESIGNER

Major Job Responsibility:

Responsible for crafting the concepts, artworks and layouts for digital intrsuctional design, including video production.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art/Design, Advertising or any related field.
  • Preferably with one (1) year working experience in an Interaction Design or Visual Design capacity or any other related professional field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and must be an internet savvy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



CURRICULUM STAFF

Major Job Responsibility:

Provide Administrative support to Leaning Management System through to the effective delivery of the curriculum and associated activities.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four (4) year degree course preferably IT related field.
  • At least six (6) months relative work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Learning Application Management Program (LAMP).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and must be an internet savvy.



DEPARTMENT SECTRETARY

Major Job Responsibility:

Coordinates with office activities and perform secretarial assignments for professional or management staff in support of the on-going operations of the office. Secretarial assignments include such duties as office coordination, scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the professional(s)'s and/or management staff's area of responsibility.


Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four – year course preferably IT related.
  • With two years of proven work experience in the associated field.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
